About Us

• Employ Ability Limited is a Supported Employment service for people who have a disability or health issue and live in the Dublin southwest area.
• We were set up in 2004 and since then have successfully worked with both job seekers and employers in facilitating employment.
• Employ Ability Limited is one of 24 Supported Employment companies located throughout the Republic of Ireland.
• Employ Ability Limited consists of 1 co-ordinator, 8 Employment Support Specialists and 1 administrator.
• All staff are members of the Irish Association of Supported Employment.
• Employ Ability is supported by FÁS, the EU and funded under the National Development Plan from 2007 – 2013.
